Angie Jefferson, NTP

  • Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)

  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

I help women uncover the root causes behind fatigue, hormone imbalances, brain fog, digestive issues, and low energy through personalized nutrition and realistic lifestyle changes that fit into busy, messy, beautiful lives. My goal is to help you feel stronger, think clearer, have more energy, and enjoy your life again.

After 27 years of coaching gymnastics, I learned that true health isn't just about movement—it's about giving your body what it needs to thrive. As a mom of five, I've experienced pregnancy cravings, sleepless nights, overflowing schedules, and the constant balancing act of caring for everyone else while trying to remember where I left my coffee. Those experiences showed me just how powerful good nutrition can be—not just for surviving life, but for actually enjoying it.

My passion for nutrition grew even stronger when Alzheimer's affected someone close to my family. I wanted to understand not only how food could support healing, but how it could help protect long-term health. That journey led me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

As a licensed massage therapist for more than a decade, I've worked with women whose shoulders carry far more than muscle tension. I've learned that most women don't need another lecture about eating perfectly—they need someone who listens, understands real life, and helps them make sustainable changes that actually fit their lifestyle.

I believe healthy living shouldn't feel like punishment. You don't have to count every bite or give up every food you love. Together, we'll build practical habits that support your health while still leaving room for real life.
