If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your health journey or searching for a deeper understanding of what’s going on in your body, you’re not alone. I support clients in uncovering the foundations behind their health concerns through personalized nutrition, lifestyle support, and root-cause strategies that create sustainable change and fit into real life.
I became passionate about nutrition through watching loved ones navigate health challenges and realizing there had to be a deeper way to support the body. Seeing the frustration that comes with searching for answers sparked a curiosity to better understand how nutrition, foundational health, and lifestyle can influence the way we feel. I’ve come to believe feeling well is about more than just what we eat—it’s also about creating a life filled with connection, joy, and moments that help us thrive.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. My goal is to help you understand your unique story, uncover the foundations that need support, and create realistic steps that fit into your everyday life. Through personalized nutrition support and functional testing when appropriate, I help you gain deeper insight into what may be contributing to your symptoms. Together, we’ll cut through the overwhelming amount of health information with practical guidance, encouragement, and a plan that meets you where you are.

Outside of work, I'm a wife and mom of four, navigating busy schedules, activities, sports, work, and the everyday moments that come with raising a family. My husband, Carl, and I enjoy our small-town life in Eastern Washington and embrace the beautiful chaos that comes with a full house. Those experiences have taught me that healing doesn't happen in perfect conditions—it happens in the middle of real life, and that's exactly how I approach supporting my clients.
