Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Nutritional Therapy Association
I help adults improve their cardiometabolic health by creating practical, personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit real life. Whether you're looking to regulate blood sugar, improve cholesterol, build sustainable habits, or simply feel your best, my goal is to help you gain confidence, clarity, and lasting health through individualized support.
My passion for nutrition began by witnessing the health struggles of people I love and seeing how deeply physical health can influence every aspect of life—including relationships, confidence, and emotional well-being. Those experiences inspired me to become a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2022. Since then, I've had the privilege of helping clients and my own family make meaningful improvements through nutrition, healthy habits, and personalized care. Seeing those positive changes continues to fuel my passion for helping others take control of their health.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Every person has a unique story, lifestyle, and set of challenges, which is why I build recommendations around the foundational principles of nutrition and bio-individual care. I enjoy researching complex health concerns, connecting the dots between symptoms, and helping clients make sense of the often-conflicting nutrition information they encounter. Together, we'll develop practical, sustainable strategies that fit your life and empower you to build lasting habits for better health.

I grew up in the Tri-Cities and enjoy staying connected to my local community through serving at my church. Much of my free time is spent cheering on my two competitive soccer players, sewing creative projects, traveling and continuing to learn about nutrition and health. I believe every day offers an opportunity to grow, overcome challenges, and find joy in the journey.
