When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our four kids, cheering from the sidelines of a sporting event, paddleboarding when the weather cooperates, or enjoying a good laugh with family and friends. Those experiences constantly remind me that health has to fit into real life—not the other way around.

If you've been told your labs are "normal" but you still don't feel well, you're in the right place. I help children, teens, and adults uncover the root causes of digestive issues, hormone imbalances, fatigue, inflammation, and other chronic health concerns through personalized nutrition, functional testing, and realistic lifestyle changes that fit into everyday life.

My passion for nutrition began with my own health journey. After years of living with debilitating pain, chronic fatigue, and relying on nearly a dozen prescription medications, I discovered that healing was possible through nutrition, rebuilding my gut, understanding my genetics, and making small—but meaningful—changes over time.

That experience completely changed the direction of my life. Today, my greatest joy is helping others find the answers I once searched so hard for and showing them that healing doesn't have to feel overwhelming.

I believe nutrition should feel practical—not perfect. Every person who walks through my door has a unique story, so there is never a one-size-fits-all plan. Together we'll identify the underlying imbalances contributing to your symptoms, create a personalized roadmap, and focus on the changes that will give you the biggest return on your effort.

As a mom of four busy kids (and someone who knows life doesn't slow down just because you're trying to eat healthier), I love helping clients find solutions that are both effective and realistic.

My office is a judgment-free zone. We'll probably laugh together, there might be a few tears, and we'll absolutely celebrate every win along the way. Healing can be hard work—but it doesn't have to be miserable.
