Jamie Truppi, M.S., CNS, is an integrative nutritionist who helps women navigate chronic stress, perimenopause, and other complex health challenges through food consciousness, personalized nutrition and lifestyle support. Her signature Deep Dive approach goes beyond symptom management to uncover root causes of imbalance, helping clients build resilience, restore vitality, foster habit change and cultivate a more connected relationship with food, their bodies, and their interrelated environments.

Growing up between a wilderness guest ranch in Idaho and a family mini farm outside Seattle, Jamie developed an early appreciation for food that was grown, gathered, and prepared with intention. Years later, after experiencing her own health struggles and witnessing her sister's battle with ovarian cancer, she began questioning the disconnect between modern healthcare, our food system, and long-term wellness. That journey led her to earn a master's degree in nutrition and a post-master’s board certification while building a practice centered on the belief that food is one of our most powerful tools for healing, resilience, and presence.

Jamie believes that lasting health isn't created by restrictive diets or quick fixes, but through understanding the interconnected roles of nutrition, stress, environment, beliefs, and daily habits. She partners closely with clients through an in-depth, collaborative process that combines functional nutrition, behavior change, and food consciousness to create realistic, sustainable change. Whether supporting adrenal function, detoxification pathways, hormone balance, nervous system resilience, or metabolic health, her goal is to help clients feel confident, empowered, and deeply aware of the choices they make every day.
